Polesy’s Essential Vat Dyed Towelling range is the most popular of Polesy’s Coloured Towelling ranges. This range is predominantly used in remote site accommodation, with student accommodation and hospitality accommodation also important markets. All Polesy’s Vat Dyed Towelling is manufactured using the latest innovations in towelling production on the newest European and Japanese equipment.
Nothing is compromised in the design of these 100% Cotton Vat Dyed Towels – they begin with specially selected cotton that has excellent strength, water absorption, and staple length, the yarn is spun to exacting standards, the towels woven on air jet looms, continuous disperse soft flow vat dyeing and finishing is computer-controlled using European Oeko-Tex® certified dyes and chemicals, sizing and double stitch side hemming is automatic, and Polesy’s independent Quality Control team are present throughout the manufacturing process to ensure consistent production is always achieved.
Our Vat Dyed Towelling is shipped Room Ready by Polesy™ meaning the towels have been prewashed at the time of manufacture for use straight from the carton, allowing our customers to forgo the time and expense of local laundering prior to installation.

Executive Vat Dyed Towelling is manufactured in the same facilities and to the same exacting standards as Polesy’s Essential Vat Dyed Towelling and Executive White Towelling ranges, and with Polesy’s independent Quality Control team always present to ensure consistent production.
Our Executive Vat Dyed Towelling is shipped Room Ready by Polesy™ meaning the towels have been prewashed at the time of manufacture for use straight from the carton, allowing our customers to forgo the time and expense of local laundering prior to installation.
Polesy’s Executive Vat Dyed Towelling is currently only available in Charcoal.

Care Instructions For All Polesy 100% Cotton Vat Dyed Coloured Towelling
- Machine Wash in hot water (up to 60°C).
- Tumble Dry on medium heat (up to 80°C).
- Only use oxygen / non-chlorine bleaching agents.
- Do not iron or dry clean.

All Polesy’s Vat Dyed Coloured Towelling is shipped Room Ready.
Room Ready by Polesy™ Towelling has been prewashed at the time of manufacture and packed in a cleanroom environment to allow Polesy’s customers to forgo the time and expense of local laundering prior to installation of new towelling.
As Room Ready by Polesy™ Towelling can be used directly from the carton – with no need for prewashing – stock can be held in onsite storage areas ready for use as required, simplifying the ordering process, and minimising the footprint of reserve stock while also ensuring the items are ready for use as required.
