Vat Dyed Bed Linen

Polesy’s Vat Dyed Bed Linen uses 160gsm plain weave polyester/cotton fabric, produced using the VTex™ process.  This popular range has many applications including aged care, institutional, remote site facilities, student, and hospitality accommodation.

All Polesy’s Vat Dyed Bed Linen is produced using European Oeko-Tex® certified dyes and finishing agents, meaning no harmful chemicals have been used in the dyeing process, and the bed linen is chlorine and bleach resistant for longevity and durability in commercial accommodation use.

Our Vat Dyed Bed Linen is shipped Room Ready by Polesy™ meaning the linen has been prewashed at the time of manufacture for use straight from the carton, allowing our customers to forgo the time and expense of local laundering prior to installation.

Room Ready by Polesy™ Vat Dyed Bed Linen is available in Sheet Sets and as separate Flat Sheets, Fitted Sheets & Pillow Cases, whichever best suits our customer’s requirements.

We also carry stock of our Vat Dyed Sheeting so we are able to locally manufacture specialty requirements such as Quilt Covers & Custom Size Sheets.

Room Ready by Polesy™

All Polesy’s Vat Dyed Bed Linen is shipped Room Ready.

Room Ready by Polesy™ Bed Linen has been prewashed at the time of manufacture and packed in a cleanroom environment to allow Polesy’s customers to forgo the time and expense of local laundering prior to installation of new bed linen.

As Room Ready by Polesy™ Bed Linen can be used directly from the carton – with no need for prewashing – stock can be held in onsite storage areas ready for use as required, simplifying the ordering process, and minimising the footprint of reserve stock while also ensuring the items are ready for use as required.

While available as separates, most Room Ready by Polesy™ Bed Linen is packed and sold in Sets, with 5 Sets per Carton.  Single and King Single Sets contain 1 x Flat Sheet, 1 x Fitted Sheet, and 1 x Pillow Case; Double and Queen Sets contain 1 x Flat Sheet, 1 x Fitted Sheet, and 2 x Pillow Cases; additional Pillow Cases are available if required.
